Executive of retail construction, real estate, facilities, planning and design, Gary McConaghy has directed and coordinated all aspects of over 450 corporate expansion projects: department stores, garden centers, sporting goods, automotive supply chains and mobile electronic retail stores, throughout the western United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada.
Gary brings knowledge and skills for negotiating and directing all elements of site planning and construction: site selection, managing all development/construction related deliverables, corporate facilities development and management and real estate/property management and lease administration.

A life-long resident of the Pacific Northwest, Gary has a long reputation in the industry for skilled, detail-oriented management of many projects simultaneously. He enjoys achieving flawless, values/budget-driven results, on time and under budget, team building and problem solving.
